Everyone in Utah can now receive AMBER alerts by e-mail or text. The Utah Department of Public Safety recently launched new technology making it easier for law enforcement to notify the public when a child’s been abducted. And As KCPW’s Charlotte Duren reports, these advancements are leading to more successful recoveries of abducted children in Utah.
