(KCPW News) Salt Lake City residents could soon be given more freedom when it comes to landscaping their yards. The Salt Lake City Council is discussing a plan that would allow more planting options to be grown in city-owned parking strips, but as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports there could be some problems standing in the way.
