(KCPW News) Utah lawmakers are working to make it easier for some convicted criminals get a fresh start. Republican Representative Eric Hutchings, is sponsoring a bill that simplifies the expungement process for drug related crimes and broadens the number and types of offenses that can be erased from a persons public record. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on the legislature’s wide support for this bill.
