(KCPW News) Governor Gary Herbert has been sent a bill that would allow Utahns over the age of 21 to carry a gun even if they don’t have a concealed weapons permit. KCPW’s Roger McDonough explains why it is difficult to predict whether the Governor will sign the bill.

Please do not allow anyone over the age 21 to carry a gun without a permit. My deseased friend Vanessa Quinn is not able to speak today due to a man being irresponsible with guns. DO NOT MAKE IT EASIER TO CARRY GUNS. Peaple needs training and information, before they should be allowed to carry a gun.
