(KCPW News) Nearly 10,000 people are expected to run in this weekend’s Salt Lake Marathon. In the wake of the explosions at Boston’s race, the Salt Lake Police Department is adding extra security measures. KCPW’s Roger McDonough spoke with race organizers and with Salt Lake Police Chief Chris Burbank to learn more about the additional precautions.
