(KCPW News) On Tuesday, the Utah legislature came a step closer to approving the legal use of a cannabis-based medication. The medication is used to help suppress brain-damaging seizures endured by epileptic children. The marijuana-based oil is low in THC, the hallucinogenic chemical found in some forms of cannabis. Still, this has been a very controversial issue for the legislature this year.
