(KCPW News) The 2014 Utah legislative session ended on Thursday last week, but not a moment later, the 2014 midterm election season began. Candidates started filing their election papers at the Lt. Governor’s Office on Friday, and with caucuses for both parties starting to convene this week, many of Utah’s races are beginning to take shape.
