(KCPW News) Amendments to Utah’s distracted driving laws became effective on Tuesday this week. The new laws specify that drivers cannot operate their vehicles while using a mobile device for anything other than a phone call.
So what does that mean, exactly? What can drivers do, and what can they not do? And what should they just not do? KCPW’s Ryan Cunningham talked to a few local law enforcement agencies to get a sense of how they’ll enforce the new law.
