(KCPW News) A new poll suggests that Governor Gary Herbert’s Healthy Utah plan has the backing of a majority of Utahns. In fact, given a choice between adopting the governor’s plan and simply doing nothing on the Medicaid expansion issue, 88 percent of respondents were in favor of the plan.
