November 2012’s featured artist is The North Valley
The North Valley is a young but ambitious quintet from Salt Lake City, UT. The group consists of Dane Sandberg, Spenny Relyea, Jon Butler, Kramer McCausland, & Spencer Sayer. The North Valley’s sound is equal parts Alt-Country, Rock n Roll and Americana. The band formed in late 2011 but have already found a welcome place in SLC’s music scene. The North Valley recently released their first official recording, “The Bad Habits EP”. All five songs were recorded live with producer and friend Casey Romney at the Spectra Sonics Studio. The band expects to be pretty busy in 2013 with everything from tours to a full length album.
