The participants in the discussion were: Judge Michele Christiansen, with the Utah Court of Appeals; Yvette Donosso, with the Utah Attorney General’s Office; Joel Kittrell, a lawyer with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson; and the conversation was moderated by Michelle Oldroyd, Director of the Utah Commission on Civic and Character Education.
