dsc01393The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour (Air date: November 2 ~ 5, 2016) – A few weeks ago the Hinckley Institute held a panel discussion called Informed Decisions 2016.  Policy analysts connected to the University of Utah discussed a handful of important issues that will need to be addressed by state lawmakers and policymakers in the next year, including early childhood education, teacher retention, online sales tax, and planning for population growth in the state of Utah.

The panelists include: Morgan Cotti, the State and Local program director with the Hinckley Institute of Politics; Juliet Tennert, Director of Economic and Public Policy Research at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute; Allison Nicholson, Research Associate with Utah Education Policy Center; and Jennifer Robinson, Associate Director of the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute served as moderator.
