Utah’s Highest Court Hears Arguments in Anti-Corporate Personhood Initiative

It is now up to the Utah Supreme Court to decide whether a ballot initiative calling for a constitutional amendment stating that corporations are not citizens and that money is not speech will appear on the November ballot. The court heard oral arguments this morning Thursday, and as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, a decision is expected by early next month.
