(KCPW News) A Senate proposal to partially expand Medicaid in Utah is moving on to the House after earning the approval of the full Senate. But with the House pushing a plan of its own, the Senate’s plan may be dead on arrival. KCPW’s Ryan Cunningham has the latest.
