Dr. Michael Mann is a well-known climatologist who helped pioneer methods to track global temperatures and the climate through the centuries. Mann, who currently leads Penn State University’s Earth System Science Center, was in Salt Lake in May at the behest of the local environmental nonprofit HEAL Utah. KCPW’s Roger McDonough spoke with Dr. Mann while he was in town.
