Today – Rose Gottemoeller, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security at the US State Department. Gottmoeller spoke earlier this week at Westminster College as part of the Ambassador John Price and Marcia Price World Affairs Lecture Series presented by the Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy in partnership with Westminster College and HEAL Utah.
