Behind the Headlines: Public lands, Planned Parenthood and the LDS relationship with Scouting

O Utah voters would favor Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton, according to a BYU poll. The LDS Church continues its partnership with the Boy Scouts of America — despite the BSA’s acceptance of publicly gay leaders. And thousands of pink-wearing Planned Parenthood supporters rally at the Capitol, but a recent poll indicates Utahns generally don’t have a favorable view of the organization.

On Friday at 9 a.m., Tribune reporter Matt Canham, editorial writer George Pyle, health, education and environment editor Rebecca Walsh and managing editor Dave Noyce join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the week’s top news stories.

Tune in to KCPW 88.3/105.3 FM or Utah Public Radio at 9 a.m. for the live broadcast. You can also listen to a live stream here.

Join the discussion by calling 801-355-TALK or by sending questions and comments to the hashtag #TribTalk on Twitter and Google+.
