Revamped Tuition Bill Stalls in House

(KCPW News) The Utah House of Representatives revamped a bill Thursday that would repeal in-state tuition waivers for Utah college students who are in the country illegally. But as KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, the bill’s sponsor says he won’t support it.
