(KCPW News) In 2009, the Utah State Legislature set out to make roads safer by making it a Class C Misdemeanor to send text messages while behind the wheel. Now, two years later, some are wondering just how effective the law has been, and if more needs to be done. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on what one law enforcement officer thinks must be done in order for the law to be successful.
