(KCPW News) Victims of a data breach on a state server storing information for the Utah Department of Health had an opportunity to ask questions and express frustrations to health officials at a public forum Wednesday. As KCPW’s Whittney Evans reports, officials and advocacy groups are focused on getting more people to take advantage of services to keep their credit and identities safe.
