(KCPW News) Utah Governor Gary Herbert and his Democratic challenger Peter Cooke have debated several times this election season about their visions for the state. On Wednesday it was time for the candidates for Lieutenant Governor to debate for the first time, and as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, both men have different priorities for Utah.
