(KCPW News) The West Valley City Police Department has been rocked by controversy in recent months, from the shooting of an unarmed 21-year-old woman to the dismissal of narcotics cases because of unspecified problems relating to one West Valley City Detective. On Monday, KCPW’s Roger McDonough spoke with Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill to learn more about what the DA’s office is doing in the wake of these controversies.
