Police Charge 3 UFA Employees After Searching Personal Prescription Histories

(KCPW News) Last year, Unified Fire Authority employees discovered missing vials of morphine in their ambulances. The UFA speculated that theft was to blame, so they alerted the police to investigate further.

That investigation has led to three charges of prescription fraud, but the way evidence for those charges were obtained is now under scrutiny from civil liberties advocates.
