(KCPW News) Same-sex marriage is once again legal in Utah—and this time, it’s likely here to stay.

The United States Supreme Court announced on Monday morning that it would not be hearing any cases challenging same-sex marriage bans. The high court rejected cases from Indiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
