The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour: Born Normal, Born Diseased: the Construction and Regulation of Immutable Sexual Types

IMG_3728The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour (Re-Air date December 13 ~ 16, 2017) – As part of the events commemorating the Holocaust one discussion focused on whether the notion that sex types are immutable, or fixed from birth.  The title of the discussion is “Born Normal, Born Diseased: the Construction and Regulation of Immutable Sexual Types”

The panelists for the discussion include University of Utah law professor Cliff Rosky; Lisa Diamond, professor of psychology and gender studies; Maeera Shreiber, associate professor of English, chair of the Cross Cultural Jewish Studies Initiative; and moderating the discussion is Kathryn Stockton, distinguished professor of English and associate vice president for the Office of Equity and Diversity.  This discussion was recorded on October 29, 2015.
