Both Sides of the Aisle – Natalie Gochnour is joined on The Right by John Dougall, Utah State Auditor, and on The Left by Shireen Ghorbani, former Salt Lake County Council member. They discuss the Highland mass shooting during a July 4th parade, mental health policies in Utah and federal abortion legislation currently blocked by the filibuster. They also discuss the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson, the Supreme Court ruling on EPA regulative powers, President Biden expanding oil drilling, the Great Salt Lake reaching record lows and Sen. Romney’s article on American denialism.

Shireen says she has no doubt if Republicans were in power that they get rid of the filibuster. Prime example of confession through projection.
Also, the 10 year old story referenced seems suspect at best. A single source story from an abortionist with no collaboration from law enforcement (that any medical profession who has first hand knowledge of has the legal and moral obligation to file a report on).
Seems like a story served on a silver platter to progressives. And as one of Tim Curry’s best lines says, “Never trust a silver platter”.
