(KCPW News) Less than a month after Salt Lake City Library Director Beth Elder’s contract was renewed with the support of the library board – despite months of criticism from staff, volunteers and patrons – problems new and old are still rattling the library, with a board member even abruptly deciding to quit. But as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, the library is hoping a better system of transparency and more leadership training will help put a stop to the problems.
