(KCPW News) After 17 years behind bars, a Logan woman is now a free woman once again, thanks to new factual evidence presented to a judge that exonerated her of murder. KCPW’s Jessica Gail was at Debra Brown’s release from prison, and spoke to her family, friends, and even a Sheriff who says he knew she was innocent from the beginning.
