(KCPW News) Nearly six months ago, Governor Gary Herbert announced plans to develop a new Multicultural Commission as part of the restructuring of the Office of Ethnic Affairs. Tuesday, the 25 member group met for the first time, but as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, some are questioning why it has taken so long for things to get underway.
