(KCPW News) Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services is coming under sharp review by several members of the Utah Legislature. Yesterday, the Child Welfare Legislative Oversight Panel met to discuss the annual review of the agency, and as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, the numbers show a disturbing trend.
