A proposed tram between Solitude and The Canyons, a planned roller coaster at Snowbird and increasing traffic in the Wasatch Canyons are spurring conversation and concern about demands on the backcountry. On Tuesday, we’ll get the details on the Wasatch Canyons Today project and how planners, policy makers and resorts are contemplating transportation, water and recreation in the canyons.

The Broadway Centre Cinema wants to make going to see an art-house film a bit more comfy. On Tuesday, we learn more about Salt Lake Film Society’s campaign to upgrade its theater seating and its mission to bring first-run foreign, independent and documentary films to Salt Lake City.
