Today, part two of our look at the evolving role of women in the military, focusing on the experience of women vets when they finish their service overseas and return home. We’re joined again by Sarah LeMire, one of more than 13,000 women veterans in Utah. A research and information services librarian at the University of Utah, she organized a panel discussion on the experiences of military women earlier this year as well as a photo exhibit of women in combat currently on display at the Marriott Library. Plus the day’s top local headlines.
