Utah regulators have settled with incinerator Stericycle for air quality violations. The state wants to move the prison, but cities don’t want it. Lawmakers say they’ll hire a lawyer to defend the state’s public lands transfer law. Salt Lake City mulls over keeping the library open 24-7. And Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker says he’ll seek a third term.
