zarate 2The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour (Air date: May 4/7, 2016) — One of the nation’s leading experts on terrorism policy and national security spoke at the Hinckley Institute on March 22.  Juan C. Zarate is a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He is also the senior national security analyst for CBS News, and a visiting lecturer at the Harvard Law School. Last year Zarate published Treasury’s War: The Unleashing of a New Era of Financial Warfare, which examines the U.S. Treasury Department’s financial war against terrorism and organized crime. Zarate spoke just after the terrorist attacks in Brussels.
