(KCPW News) A rite of Spring in downtown Salt Lake City is the Living Traditions Festival, which will take place this weekend at Washington Square. In advance of the event, KCPW’s Roger McDonough spoke with Casey Jarman, Program Coordinator for the Salt Lake Arts Council – and the man who founded the festival 29 years ago.
