But foreign policy scholar Michael Haltzel says the U.S. is actually well-positioned for the future, but there are obstacles. On Tuesday, Haltzel joins us to defend his argument that America can succeed in the 21^st century.

Notepads and cameras in hand, a group of Utahns recently visited Montana’s Centennial Valley to explore and be inspired by one of America’s greatest wildlife refuges. A new exhibit of their work opens this week and on Tuesday, their instructor – naturalist Stephen Trimble – joins us to describe their creative field trip.
