Utah Democrat Plans to Fight Proposed “Personhood” Ammendment

(KCPW News) One Utah Democrat has a plan to slow down the process of a potential “personhood” amendment that could surface in the Utah Legislature in the coming days. Earlier this week Republican Senator Aaron Osmond said he is considering trying to pass a constitutional amendment that would define life as beginning at conception, a measure that’s been attempted in other states. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on what Representative Rebecca Chavez-Houck hopes to do if that happens.
