The Rundown: Dr. Susan Madsen on Getting More Women in Leadership Roles in Utah

Dr. Susan Madsen is a professor of management at Utah Valley University, as well as an Orin R. Woodbury Professor of Leadership and Ethics. She recently completed and released a series of research briefs on the status of women leaders in Utah. Her Utah Woman and Leadership Project has exposed a noticeable lack of female representation in Utah’s highest decision-making positions.

KCPW’s Ryan Cunningham spoke with Dr. Madsen about her findings.
