(KCPW News) Some voters who live in Utah County now have no lawmaker representing them in the State House of Representatives.
A legislative aide tells KCPW that Republican Representative Craig Frank, who lives in Cedar Hills, recently discovered that he did not live in his own district and reported it.
That violates Article Five, Section Six of the Utah Constitution, which requires state lawmakers to live within their legislative boundaries.
Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives Becky Lockhart is holding a news conference at the State Capitol this afternoon to address the problem. Frank has served in the legislature since 2003.
