(KCPW News) Should school districts pay teachers who leave the classroom to fulfill union duties? That was the question presented before the House Education Committee Wednesday by Republican Representative Keith Grover. As KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, he says he wants to stop taxpayer dollars from leaving the classroom and going toward teacher union activities.
