(KCPW News) Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz scored a victory this week in the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, successfully getting two bills passed aimed at federal employees and contractors who don’t pay their taxes. But it’s not the first time the sophomore Republican has scrutinized federal workers.
