(KCPW News) A new urban farming program in Salt Lake County aims to help refugees in the community eat healthier, gain economic independence and taste some familiar flavors. KCPW’s Whittney Evans spoke to several refugees at a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday who say the program is helping them find “New Roots.”
