But according to a recent report from the Food Research Action Center, called Food Hardship in America, nearly one in four Utah families say they’ve experienced times when they don’t have enough money to feed their children.

But according to a recent report from the Food Research Action Center, called Food Hardship in America, nearly one in four Utah families say they’ve experienced times when they don’t have enough money to feed their children. What public policies have led to this problem, how can it be fixed and what community efforts are underway to help out? We were joined by Gina Cornia, Executive Director of Utahns Against Hunger, and Mike Evans, Associate Director, whose discussed a new youth farm project the organization is starting.
