(KCPW News) The annual Greek Festival in downtown Salt Lake City has gone from a bake sale in the basement of the Holy Trinity Cathedral 36 years ago to the largest ethnic festival in Utah, and one of the largest Greek festivals in the west. KCPW’s Whittney Evans stopped by Old Greek Town to learn more about how the festival has grown so popular.
