Becker’s Opponent is Self-Described “Old Codger”

(KCPW News) Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker’s challenger in this year’s municipal election may not bring a lot of money to the campaign, but J. Allen Kimball does have a long history in Salt Lake, having been raised on the east bench and graduated from the University of Utah in 1953 with a degree in mechanical engineering. So what ideas would he bring to the mayor’s office? KCPW’s Jeff Robinson sat down with Kimball to find out.
