Nearly nine years after the U.S. began placing more troops in Iraq, the President announced last week that the war there is officially over. Now as thousands of troops from across the country and here in Utah return home, one Salt Lake City couple says the end of the war is a bitter sweet reminder of the son they lost there five years ago.
