Leon Fleisher was a child prodigy, a pianist lauded for his renditions of Beethoven, Mozart and Rachmaninoff. But in the midst of his success, he lost the use of his right hand. Instead of derailing his career, Fleisher began performing left-handed repertoire as well as conducting and teaching. On Wednesday, Fleisher joins us to talk about regaining his right hand and maintaining focus on music.
