“Think Romney saved Utah’s Olympic Games? Think again.” Those are the exact words on the cover of Salt Lake Magazine’s latest issue, as its cover story, “The Myth of Mitt,” examines just how much Mitt Romney was responsible for the success of the 2002 Winter Games, and whether the bid scandal surrounding them was much of a scandal at all.
