(KCPW News) A 20-ton sand sculpture will anchor the four-day Utah Arts Festival beginning Thursday on Salt Lake City’s Library Square. And as KCPW’s Jeff Robinson reports, it’s a work-in-progress thousands of people will get the chance to observe.
