Democratic incumbent Jim Matheson and Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder met to defend federal grants to Utah’s public safety agencies, and as KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports, they accuse GOP candidate Mia Love of putting them in jeopardy.
